Return & Refund Policy

At Moorishland Treasures, we handcraft and package every product with the utmost care so you can experience authentic Moroccan rituals at home. If something in your order isn't quite right, we are here to make it simple and fair.

30-Day Return Window (Unopened Items) We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the artisanal, natural nature of our beauty and personal care products, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items Your package should arrive in perfect condition. If an item arrives broken, leaking, or if you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@moorishlandtreasures.com.

  2. Include your order number and 1–2 clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

  3. We will immediately issue a free replacement or a full refund—no need to ship the damaged product back.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email us at support@moorishlandtreasures.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Ship: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error or product damage).

  3. Inspect: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

  • Standard processing time for banks to reflect the refund is 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations We process orders quickly to get your treasures to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
